Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Crelumi collects and uses information when creators use our brand deal management tools, rate calculator, AI negotiation coach, invoices, and related services.

Information We Collect

Account information such as your name, email address, Instagram handle, creator niche, follower count, and onboarding answers.

Brand deal information you choose to enter, including brand names, contact details, deliverables, deal values, negotiation notes, invoices, and payment status.

Rate calculator inputs and results, including follower count, engagement rate, niche, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and optional report email address.

Payment and subscription information handled by Stripe. Crelumi does not store full card numbers.

Technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, log data, and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How We Use Information

To provide the Crelumi web app, rate calculator, deal pipeline, negotiation coach, invoice tools, and account settings.

To generate rate recommendations, PDF reports, AI negotiation responses, and creator workflow records.

To process subscriptions, manage plan limits, send transactional emails, and provide support.

To improve product quality, security, reliability, and user experience.

To comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and platform obligations.

Service Providers

We use trusted providers to run Crelumi, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments and billing, Resend for transactional email, and Google Gemini or Anthropic for AI-assisted negotiation responses.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Crelumi.

AI Features

If you use the AI negotiation coach, the message and relevant deal context may be sent to our AI provider to generate a response.

Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you have the right to use it with Crelumi.

AI responses are suggestions and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing messages before sending them to brands.

Data Retention

We keep account, deal, invoice, and calculator data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

We may keep certain records longer when required for security, legal, accounting, billing, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Your Choices

You can update account and creator profile information inside Crelumi.

You can request deletion or export of your personal information by contacting us.

Marketing emails, if introduced, will include an unsubscribe option. Transactional emails may still be sent when needed to provide the service.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including managed authentication, access controls, and encrypted service connections.

No internet service is perfectly secure, so you should use a strong password and protect your account access.
