CO MIAŁA NA MYŚLI?

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Onur Yurtseven, who operates the Co miała na myśli? service at crelumi.com. For privacy matters, contact privacy@crelumi.com.

2. What data we process

We process your email address and the sign-in identifier provided by Apple or Google to create and secure your account. We keep your credit balance and the history of credits added and used. When you request a reading we process the sentence you enter, the selected context, optional background and — if you add one — a screenshot of the conversation, only to generate the answer. We do not store the content of readings on our servers after the answer is sent; the history of recent readings in the app is stored only on your phone and is removed when you sign out. We also collect anonymous, aggregated daily event counters (for example, app opened) without user or device identifiers. Screenshots and sentences may contain other people’s data (for example your partner’s); add only what you are entitled to share and avoid sensitive data.

3. AI and partners

The content of a reading is sent to an AI model provider solely to generate the answer. We use a setting that prevents this data from being used to train the model; the provider may retain data for a limited time (up to about 30 days) solely to detect abuse. The AI provider, Apple, Google and RevenueCat may process data outside the European Economic Area (in particular in the US) under standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms provided by the GDPR. Apple and Google handle their own sign-in. In-app purchases are handled by Apple and RevenueCat; we do not receive your card number.

4. Purpose and basis

Account and credit data are needed to provide the service. We use technical data and security measures to prevent abuse, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.

5. Retention and account deletion

We keep account data as long as the account is active. In the app choose “Delete account” to permanently delete your account, linked sign-ins and credit history. Purchase records (not linked to your account) are kept in anonymised form for the period required by tax and accounting law. Technical logs are kept for up to 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. Write to us at the address above.

7. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will publish the current version on this page. See also the Terms of Use.
